Terms & Conditions

By enrolling at AM Square Cricket Academy ("the Academy") and making a payment for any program, you ("the Student" or "the Parent/Guardian") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all students, parents, guardians, and visitors of the Academy, and govern your participation in all coaching programs, camps, matches, and events organized by the Academy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with registration or payment.

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless an explicit written installment arrangement has been agreed upon with Academy management.

Fees are quoted inclusive of applicable GST on coaching services. GST (18%) is applicable on coaching fees only. Club registration fees, hostel charges, and kit fees are exempt from GST.

The Academy reserves the right to revise fee structures at the beginning of each academic term. Existing students will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee revision.

Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of training sessions until the outstanding amount is cleared.

All fees paid to the Academy are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: voluntary withdrawal from the program, relocation, personal emergencies, dissatisfaction with coaching, or program discontinuation by the student.

In the rare event that the Academy is unable to deliver the agreed program due to reasons solely attributable to the Academy (e.g., closure of facility), a proportionate credit for future enrollment may be offered at the Academy's discretion. Cash refunds will not be issued.

Club Registration Fees are non-refundable once the membership is processed, regardless of whether the student participates in any matches or tournaments.

No refund will be given for missed sessions, absences, injuries, or early departure from hostel accommodation.

Cricket is a physically demanding sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, students and their parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

AM Square Cricket Academy, its coaches, staff, management, and owners shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or death that occurs during training sessions, matches, net practice, fitness drills, travel to and from the academy, or any academy-affiliated event.

Students are strongly advised to undergo a physical fitness assessment before commencing training and to carry adequate personal health or sports insurance.

Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the coaching staff in writing before the student's first training session. The Academy reserves the right to refuse participation if a student's medical condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

In the event of an injury, the Academy will provide basic first aid. All further medical treatment, expenses, and responsibility shall rest solely with the student and their family.

All students are expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline, sportsmanship, and respect towards coaches, staff, fellow students, and visitors at all times.

The use of abusive language, bullying, discrimination, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Students must arrive on time for all sessions and wear proper academy-approved cricket attire during training and matches.

Use of mobile phones during active training sessions is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the coach for specific training purposes.

Any student found in possession of or under the influence of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances on academy premises will face immediate termination of membership without refund.

Damage to academy property, equipment, or facilities caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible student or their parent/guardian.

Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory. Students are expected to attend a minimum of 80% of all scheduled sessions within their enrolled program period.

Absences must be communicated to the coaching staff in advance where possible. Repeated unannounced absences may result in removal from the program without refund.

Missed training sessions will not be compensated, rescheduled, or substituted with additional sessions unless otherwise decided by Academy management on a case-by-case basis.

The Academy reserves the right to remove a student from the program for sustained poor attendance, and no fee adjustment or refund will be made in such cases.

Holidays, public festivals, and force majeure events may affect the training calendar. The Academy will communicate schedule changes as early as possible but is not liable for any inconvenience caused.

By enrolling at the Academy, you grant AM Square Cricket Academy an irrevocable, royalty-free license to capture, use, publish, and distribute photographs, videos, and audio recordings of students taken during training sessions, matches, events, or any academy activity.

Such media may be used for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes including but not limited to: the Academy's website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), brochures, advertisements, and press releases.

If you do not consent to your child's likeness being used in promotional media, you must submit a written objection to the Academy management prior to enrollment. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from group photographs or event coverage.

Hostel accommodation is provided as a separate optional service and is subject to availability. The Academy does not guarantee accommodation to all students.

Hostel fees cover basic accommodation and are charged on an annual basis. Meals, laundry, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the student.

Students residing in the hostel must comply with hostel rules including curfew timings, visitor restrictions, and shared facility guidelines. Violation of hostel rules may result in eviction without a refund of hostel fees.

The Academy is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings within hostel premises. Students are advised to secure their valuables.

The Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel training sessions, programs, or events due to weather conditions, facility unavailability, coach unavailability, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

In cases of program modification by the Academy, students will be offered alternative session timings or substitute coaching. No fee adjustments or refunds will be made for such modifications.

The Academy reserves the right to terminate or discontinue any program at any time. In such cases, a proportionate credit for future programs may be offered at management's discretion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication with Academy management.

The Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms will be published on the Academy's official website. Continued enrollment or participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
